TREASON? DUH!

The fact that Trump has committed treason, is old news to anyone aware of the U. S. Constitutions’ Article III Section 3: Treason – “…or adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.”  Further, there must be 2 witnesses, this won’t be difficult.

SCOTUS Docket 17-857, In Re Shane v Trump, was an original emergency Mandamus action, which I helped draft and docked with the help of Scott Harris, the 20th appointed Clerk of the Court who formerly was the Court’s counsel. Why was this not supported by the media that knows the Court can be influenced by public opinion?

This emergency action was based on Constitutional Authority and the Framer’s explicit intent for Electors to not vote for a President Elect exactly like Trump. Docket 17-857 was denied in conference on March 20th, which was docketed on December 15, 2017; so there was plenty of time to have objectively created informed public opinion, but the Times and the Washington Post even turned down an op Ed that I wrote, edited by Dave Satterfield, winner of 2 Pulitzers, which both knew.

Treason is not new news. The failure of the Electoral Process to do what it was designed to do in a matter of historically unprecedented magnitude is also not new as John Lewis and others made this clear immediately after 11/8. But no news outlets or journalists found this newsworthy? Lawyers could not find precedents so were crippled by their lack of courage and lack of ability to see the controlling issues.

And now Charles Blow, due to Putin’s Puppet’s meeting with his master is calling attention to treason?   the5thestate.net
