THE LIFE BLOOD OF A DEMOCRACY & INDIVIDUAL FREEDOM IS A FREE & FAIR ELECTION
The 9th Amendment provides Citizens with “unenumerated rights,” rights not specified in the Constitution. If a Free and Fair Election is not an unalienable, self-evident unenumerated basic right then freedom also is not.
Article [IX] (Amendment 9 – Unenumerated Rights)
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
The Declaration of Independence declares: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Declaration of Independence declares: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”
Liberty is the Right to Individual Freedom. Citizens for Truth is a new Public Charity fighting against the Russian attack on our election, aided by American Treasonous collaborators, in support of Nullifying 11/8 ab initio.
Is an election that has been “influenced” by a foreign hostile nation, Free and Fair? Is an election that has been sabotaged by a Russian Cyber Attack-invasion to obtain materials intended to be used as propaganda to corrupt and subvert the result of a Presidential Election free and fair? Is Putin interested in preserving Democracy and individual liberty or a dictator intent on causing havoc in America’s Democracy and picking the President he has assiduously financially compromised for decades?
If voting machines in Swing States were also corrupted by Russian intervention to subvert the result, does this provide a Free & Fair Election?
Is an election Free & Fair if the Electoral College permits a person to assume the Presidency, who not only did not win the plurality, but whose prologue was a dangerous and incompetent past? Is an election Free & Fair if the Electoral College does not act in accordance with the purpose and intent of the Framers which was an integral part of the checks and balances of their new Democracy.
